COVID-19 Boosters Now Approved

MODERNA, PFIZER, and J&J BOOSTER – Available NOW at all PharmaCole locations – Moundsville Pharmacy, Sistersville Pharmacy, Pine Grove Pharmacy, and New Martinsville Pharmacy.

Patient should bring their original vaccine card to have the booster dose added to their record!

Patients who initially received two doses of the Moderna vaccine or Pfizer vaccine are eligible for the a Moderna or Pfizer booster 6 months after the second dose. And patients who initially received one dose of the J&J vaccine can receive a J&J, Pfizer, or Moderna booster 2 months after the first dose.

If you received your initial vaccines elsewhere, it is NOT required to return to the same location for the booster – we can take care of you!

Patients that have NOT yet received a COVID-19 vaccine and want to receive a vaccine MUST call Moundsville Pharmacy at (304) 845-0390 to reserve a dose and schedule an appointment!

Patients must bring their Driver’s License or other form of ID AND their prescription insurance card. For those patients who do not have insurance, please talk to the pharmacist – patients can STILL get the vaccine.

And the great news, for the Moderna and Pfizer vaccine, any patient that receives a FIRST dose today will also receive their SECOND dose of the Moderna vaccine from our pharmacies in 4 weeks OR their second dose of Pfizer in 3 weeks!!!
